ICP1818 The anti-Interferon Alpha2 antibody from clone 7F4 was raised with recombinant human interferon Alpha2. The antibody was affinity purified from the cell culture medium using anti-mouse IgG Agarose (ICP9705) affinity chromatography. The purified antibody recognizes the human Interferon Alpha2 and could be utilized for antigen-capture sandwich ELISA when paired with antibody HRP from another clone 7F4 and IP. The antibody is highly sensitive for ELISA development. |
